of the Orphans' Court, for the said County, to issue a License for the Marriage
of himself to
Mary A. Foley and who, being duly sworn
according to law, doth depose any say: that he
was born in Pittsburg P, on the
30 day of Aug A.D. 1870; that he
resides at 2038 Jackson Str. Phil;
occupation Boiler maker; that he
is not related by blood or marriage to the person whom he desires to marry
that he has not been married before.
that Mary A. Foley whom he
is about to marry, was born in Phil P;
on the 25 day of March A.D. 1871
that she resides at 2813 Mendenhall Str. Phil
no Occupation; that she has not been married before
that he knows of no reason why the said marriage may not be lawfully made
sworn and subscribed before
me, this 31 day of may A.D. 1892
